Countess Philomenaby *ti-DESIGN

I'm in the thick of preparing for Captivenia right now, with only a few more days before we start and still far too many costumes to sew! However, I just finished the last of the dresses for this year (24 in total!), and thought I'd take a quick break before heading back to the studio.

As a fundraiser for a Captivenia I had a raffle at a Catholic Family Conference recently. The proceeds were perhaps a little disappointing but, alas, I must still make the promised dresses. This is one of the two that I made, nicknamed "Countess Philomena". Honestly, I think this is one of my favourite dresses so far (and I have made a lot). I wish I was selling it instead of giving it away for $20 worth of tickets.

Ah well, it will be a joy to see the winner wearing it—I know she's super excited!

What. The. Heck. I honestly never thought I'd get a DD. I was so confused when I logged on this morning! Thank you so much everyone for your comments and support! I'll try to respond to each of you.

And, since I know at least a few people have asked, I am open to do custom orders. The cost of each dress would vary of course, but would be somewhere between $150-200 CAD.
